Innovo Group is recruiting a Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer in Cairo for MEP construction tendering. The role prepares, reviews and validates detailed cost estimates and supports proposals intended to meet the tender requirements and the company's commercial position. The engineer will interpret tender documents, drawings and specifications to extract cost information, prepare bills of quantities, and build detailed estimates for mechanical and other MEP works. Supplier and subcontractor quotations must be evaluated, checked and negotiated before they are used in the submission. The post also works with architectural, structural and MEP teams to confirm quantities and resolve estimating inputs. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical and financial proposals, attending tender clarification meetings, and giving technical and financial recommendations. The engineer will contribute to value engineering, cost optimisation and benchmarking work, while maintaining estimating records, pricing libraries and supporting data. The senior position also includes guidance for junior estimation engineers when required. Applicants need a degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering and at least four years of estimating and tendering experience on civil or MEP work.
