Aramco is recruiting a Senior Contract Advisor for the SASREF+ EC Project Department in Saudi Arabia. The department is establishing an ethane cracker complex, and the role covers contract development and administration throughout the project. The advisor will prepare and execute contractual actions, advise contract proponents from initial service requirements through termination, and help secure timely commercial outcomes. The work includes reviewing contractual issues, resolving disputed change orders, developing and reviewing project agreements, analysing the market to select suitable contract types and applying Aramco's procurement procedures. The postholder will prepare change order packages and negotiation strategies, participate in negotiations and support supplier performance evaluations. Applicants need a recognised degree in engineering, business or public administration, law, finance, supply chain management or management information systems. An advanced degree is preferred. The posting requires 12 years of capital-project contract development and administration experience in the refining and petrochemical industries.
