What the role covers

A fully qualified quantity surveyor with around five years of post-qualification experience, joining a chartered quantity surveying practice working in commercial support, dispute support and alternative dispute resolution. The employer states that a candidate not already practising in those specialist areas will be given full training and support to develop as an expert in the field. The client base is typically main contractors on projects above two million pounds and subcontract packages above five hundred thousand pounds, and the posting states that the holder may also work on claims assignments abroad through existing international clients.
