Six Construct, the Middle East arm of the BESIX Group, is recruiting a Senior Civil Estimator in Dubai to support its Early Contractor Involvement and tendering teams. Further duties include value engineering proposals, identification of risks, assumptions, exclusions and opportunities during estimating, maintenance of cost databases, benchmark rates and productivity norms, and presentation of estimate reviews to management at tender adjudication. The employer asks for a degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or a related discipline, and a minimum of ten years of estimating experience in construction, including commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed use and high-rise buildings.
