Hill International is recruiting a Scheduler in Seattle, Washington, working from the owner's side of the contract, requisition 14913. The post performs complex reviews and analysis of the contractor's critical path schedules for contract compliance, writes and reviews comments, updates staff on the contractor's performance and evaluates time impacts. It reviews the contractor's baseline schedule and the monthly updates, maintains the as built schedule from the owner's perspective, and develops time impact analyses to support change order negotiation. The role gives scheduling support to what if scenario studies, takes the lead on the schedule related sections of reports, and identifies activities, milestones, constraints and interfaces for coordination. It also identifies detrimental issues and recommends mitigation against budget, cost, risk, claims and schedule. Hill asks for ten to fifteen years of scheduling experience with five or more in direct support of an active construction project, expert knowledge of the Primavera suite, and practical use of project management concepts including earned value management, project planning, risk analysis and configuration management. A four year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred, as is relevant professional licensure or certification. The posted salary range is USD 104,000 to USD 220,000.
