What the role covers

A Dubai based post-contract role covering the assessment of contractor submissions, variations, payment applications and commercial reporting. The holder leads post-contract cost management, including the evaluation of contractor claims, variations and progress payments, reviews and negotiates contractor submissions, maintains cost reporting and forecasting, and ensures compliance with the contract terms, supporting dispute resolution where required. The posting asks for a degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or a related discipline, a minimum of three years of post-contract experience in the UAE construction industry, experience on UAE projects above AED 250,000,000, and a strong understanding of FIDIC based and bespoke contract forms used in the UAE. A valid UAE driving licence and own transport are stated as preferred.
