Innovo Group is recruiting a Contracts Team Leader for Ras El Hekma, with the posting location shown as Cairo. The position leads the contracts team through the full lifecycle of project contracts and subcontracts. It covers contract administration, claim evaluation, risk assessment and compliance with contractual and legal requirements. The team leader will interpret main contract and subcontract terms, monitor contract performance, apply change-control procedures and manage early warnings. Duties include preparing and evaluating claims, variations and extension-of-time requests, supporting subcontract negotiations, and keeping contractual notices and records current. The postholder will maintain contract registers, variation logs, claims registers and change-control documents. The role works with legal, commercial, procurement and planning teams to resolve contract issues and manage possible disputes. It also supervises contracts engineers and provides guidance on contract interpretation and application. Applicants need a degree in civil engineering or construction management and seven to nine years of construction contract-management experience, including two to three years in a supervisory position. Innovo asks for knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms used in Egypt and the MENA region, together with experience in claims management, risk reduction and dispute avoidance. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
