Innovo Group is recruiting a Contracts Engineer for its Safaga project, with the advert giving Cairo as the location and 30 September 2026 as the date of publication. The role supports the contractual and commercial management of construction projects at both pre-award and post-award stages, covering risk assessment, contract administration and the management of claims and variations.

Named duties are assisting in the drafting, review, negotiation and administration of contracts and subcontracts, supporting the preparation of tender stage risk registers and contract reviews, and administering the main contract while maintaining documentation, logs and contract records.

The holder prepares and issues contractual correspondence, extension of time claims and variation orders, reviews subcontract agreements and manages the related communications and claims, and monitors claims, variations and contractual issues as they develop. Attendance at project meetings with contractual input is expected, along with internal reports, registers and kick off presentations, and coordination with the legal, commercial and project teams.

Compliance with Egyptian law, procurement regulation and the FIDIC conditions is stated. Innovo asks for a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, a minimum of one year in construction contract administration, knowledge of FIDIC and Egyptian construction regulation, competence in Microsoft Office and document control systems, and fluency in English. A contract management certification is described as an advantage.
