Innovo Group is recruiting a Contracts Engineer in Cairo to support contractual and commercial management before and after construction contract award. The role assists with risk assessment, contract administration, claims and variation management, and compliance with contractual duties. The engineer will help draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts and subcontracts. Pre-award work includes tender risk registers and contract reviews. Post-award duties cover main contract administration, contract logs and records, contractual correspondence, extension-of-time claims and variation orders. The engineer will review subcontract agreements and manage communications and claims connected with those agreements. Claims, variations and other contract issues must be monitored and tracked. The position also attends project meetings, prepares internal reports and registers, contributes to contract kick-off presentations, and coordinates with legal, commercial and project teams. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and at least one year of construction contract-administration experience. Innovo asks for knowledge of FIDIC and Egyptian construction regulations, competence with Microsoft Office and document-control systems, and strong analytical, communication and documentation skills. Fluent English is required. A contract-management certification is treated as an advantage rather than a stated requirement.
