The Premium tier holds the reading room: the Technology and Construction Court archive from 2003 to 2025, being 1,896 judgments shelved by year and by subject, the search across them, and the Legal Analysis and specialist commentary series.

Admission is not open. Each candidate is considered in turn by the course administrator, and the identity given is confirmed before an invitation is issued. The invitation and the arrangements for payment are conveyed through LinkedIn alone. No other route to membership exists.
