Power International Holding is recruiting a Legal Director in Qatar for its concessions entity, Concessions Qazaqstan LLC. The post is the chief legal adviser to the chief executive and the executive leadership team, responsible for the group's legal strategy, for regulatory and governance advice, and for the legal side of business transactions in a project-driven contracting environment. The workload is contractual at its core: drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts, subcontracts, joint venture agreements and procurement documents, supporting the tendering and commercial teams on contract risk evaluation and qualification, and managing claims, disputes, litigation and arbitration, including coordination with external counsel.
