Qiddiya Investment Company is recruiting a Director - Delivery - Contracts for its Residential Delivery team in Riyadh. The director will provide contractual leadership across major residential developments and administer construction, consultancy and related delivery contracts from award through handover, defects and final close-out. The work covers contractual obligations, milestones, notices, variations, extensions of time, delays, claims and contractor performance. The postholder will advise delivery teams on emerging contractual risks, review correspondence and claims submissions, and lead negotiations intended to resolve contractual claims and disputes at an early stage. Other duties include supporting change management, contractual remedies, procurement and contract formation, testing, commissioning, warranties and final accounts. The role also coordinates with commercial, procurement, legal and governance teams and provides leadership to contract management professionals. Applicants need a relevant degree and at least 15 years of experience on major construction, infrastructure, real estate or capital projects. The posting asks for experience administering contracts during execution, handling complex contractor relationships and claims, and applying major Design and Build, EPC or EPCM contracting models. GCC experience is preferred.
