Raw progress data

Check the records created close to the work activity and retained for each relevant work area.

Record weather, labour, principal material deliveries, adverse site conditions, working hours, plant and activities for each principal work area.

Health, safety, environmental and security log

Retain the project log covering health, safety, environmental and security matters.

Record the obstruction location, start and finish dates, daily work-front status and the affected programme activities.

Area handover evidence

Identify which contractor or other party held each work area and the period of possession.

Preserve geological mapping records produced during the works.

Keep inspection requests together with the resulting inspection reports.
