Knowledge checks on the latest construction judgments

Short sets of self-test questions built on real Technology and Construction Court decisions. Each one works from an actual judgment: read the case, then check how well the reasoning and the outcome have landed before you rely on it in practice. The questions sit alongside the case summaries and legal articles, so you can move from the decision to the test and back without leaving the case.

Knowledge checks are published against individual cases as each set is completed. New cases and their checks are added on a rolling basis.
