A project based commercial appointment on New Richmond Road Stage 2 in New South Wales, a scheme the posting describes as a new four lane bridge over the Hawkesbury River, widening of Bells Line of Road through North Richmond, a new bypass between the Kurrajong Road and Castlereagh Road intersections, the Southee Road bypass with noise mitigation and landscaping, and new pedestrian and cycle connections. Stated duties are leading commercial management across the project, covering contracts, procurement and risk management; driving project forecasting, cost control, cashflow and financial performance; overseeing subcontract procurement, negotiations and contract administration; identifying and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities through the project lifecycle; and advising project leadership and delivery teams.
