What the role covers

A senior programming post on life science construction work in Denmark, the posting naming Kalundborg and Copenhagen and carrying requisition 2026-6254. The appointment owns the fully integrated project programme. The successful applicant will build schedules covering the whole project scope, its milestones and its timelines using critical path method, and will structure the programme so that it can be reviewed at several levels of detail by different audiences. Responsibility and ownership for project outcomes are to be defined through a work breakdown structure. The role sets a clear method for baselining schedules and manages the periodic updates against that baseline, and it checks that the programme follows the project execution plan, in particular the contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents. Timelines and interdependencies between the various project partners are negotiated and mediated rather than imposed, and progress is reported regularly. Schedules produced outside the team are reviewed against good scheduling practice. The employer asks for demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience with the ability to interpret and communicate the findings, working experience of Primavera P6, and a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction. Interviews are conducted in person or by video.
