Hill International is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for road and infrastructure work in Saudi Arabia, on an assignment running to the end of 2026 with the possibility of extension. The posting describes project management consultancy work rather than a contractor role, so the commercial function sits on the client side of the contract.
